As our company continues to grow rapidly, we are looking for an HR Coordinator to assist our colleagues in Serbia with various aspects of their work. The successful candidate will join our HR team, which is happy to provide support and guidance.
Responsibilities
• Assisting with documentation for colleagues working in Serbia (relocation support, legalization, etc.)
• Providing HR support for employees (in close cooperation with the Finance and the HR departments)
• Coordinating postal and courier services
• Organizing corporate events and team-building activities
• Assisting in the organization of external HR-branding events
• Managing job applications, maintaining a candidate database (using Huntflow)
• Distributing corporate equipment to employees in Serbia
• Receiving and distributing company merchandise
• Keeping records and documentation on merchandise and equipment inventory.
Requirements
• Fluency in Serbian and Russian
• B1 English level or higher
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, structured approach, and attention to detail.
